Massachusetts just dropped a bombshell on cannabis growers. Sell 70%.
Massachusetts cannabis regulators announced they will begin reviewing cannabis cultivation license renewals and possibly downgrade the cultivation tiers of growers who do not sell at least 70% of what they produce during the review period. If a grower's canopy is reduced, they will not be allowed to cultivate beyond the new cap without getting approval.
